The project consists of replacing a synthetic gymnasium track and basketball court floor with a new built-up (2” in thickness) wood sports floor for basketball and a synthetic track surface at the perimeter of the room.

Replace existing manually operated bleachers with new electrically operated bleachers and related modifications.

1. Adjust height of all fire alarm devices (previously located 6’-8” above finished floor [AFF]), up to a height of 15’-0” AFF.
2. The previously existing six (manual) backboards will be replaced with six new backboards requiring electrical power.
3. Extend electric power and data conduits to a new shot clock at each backboard (6 total).
4. Extend power and data conduit to the south wall for future scoreboard.
5. Coordinate power requirements for new bleachers, demolish existing power for bleachers being removed.
6. Extend power and data conduits (data wiring by others) to score keeper location near face of new bleacher.
7. Demolish and remove two (2) existing score boards at west wall.
